Our tag team comedians share similarly prolific careers with forays in film, television, music, and theater. Steve Martin is a Honorary Academy Award recipient and a five-time Grammy Award winner, with a Kennedy Center Honor and Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. Martin Short, on the other hand, is a critically acclaimed theater actor with one Tony and two Outer Critics Circle Awards, not to mention two Emmys and a star on Canada's Walk of Fame. The two’s comical relationship dates back to 1986, starring in the classic Western comedy, “ ¡Three Amigos!” They’ve been touring together since 2015, followed up by the Primetime Emmy-nominated Netflix special, "An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life” three years later. Most recently, Steve and Martin play leading roles as amateur crime solvers alongside Selena Gomez in the multi-awarded mystery series, “Only Murders in the Building.”
As for our guests, Jeff Babko is the long-time musical director for Martin Short’s tours as well as the house keyboardist in ABC’s late-night talk show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! The Steep Canyon Rangers, meanwhile, are a Grammy Award-winning bluegrass group best known for their Nobody Knows You solo album, which features the irresistibly catchy hit, "Easy To Love."
