Is there a weather policy at the venue?

Events at the amphitheater usually go on come rain or shine, thanks to the large roof that protects the stage and pavilion seating. However, extreme weather situations could lead to cancellations.

If this is the case, announcements will be made on the venue’s social media channels and website. 

What time do the gates open at the amphitheater?

The gates will open about an hour before an event is about to begin. If this changes, the new opening time for the gates will be printed on your ticket. 

Is there a refund policy?

There is a strict no refund and no exchanges policy at the venue. All ticket sales are final.
